Tag creation in FieldTask is being expanded to support both Jobs and Customers at the same time. The current version allows users to create tags for each area individually, while the upcoming version will allow tags to be created for both Jobs and Customers in a single workflow. This update will make tag management more flexible and help teams organize related job and customer information more consistently.
