Customer Signature functionality is currently in development for the FieldTask mobile app. This feature will allow field users to collect customer signatures directly from mobile, helping confirm job completion, approvals, or service acknowledgment on-site. The update will make it easier to keep customer confirmation connected to the job record without relying on separate paperwork.
