This feature introduces a native dispatch view where users can manage field jobs directly from a map-based interface. Users will be able to filter jobs by status, including All Jobs, Unscheduled, Scheduled, In Progress, Missed, and Completed, view jobs across a selected date range, and quickly return to the current day using the Today option.
The Dispatch view also includes member-based job visibility, showing field technicians with their assigned job counts so dispatchers can review workload distribution more easily. Users can search by location, switch between Map and Satellite views, toggle location pin labels, view all member appointments, and choose route planning options such as routing from the office or from the last job. It also includes Unscheduled Jobs in a side panel, making it easier to identify open work and assign or route jobs more efficiently.
This update will bring a new level of control to job assignment, map viewing, filtering, and routing, helping teams manage field operations from one organized dispatch workspace.
