A new general jobs capability is being added to FieldTask. These jobs will not have a specific assignee and will be visible to all field technicians. Any available field technician can accept and complete the job, making it easier for teams to manage open work, distribute tasks flexibly, and keep field operations moving without assigning every job manually.
