Native Dispatch has been released in FieldTask, giving teams a dedicated dispatch workspace for managing field jobs from a map-based view. Users can filter jobs by status, including All Jobs, Unscheduled, Scheduled, In Progress, and Completed, and view jobs within a selected date range or quickly return to the current day.
The Dispatch page also allows users to review member workloads with assigned job counts, search by location, switch between Map and Satellite views, and view job pins directly on the map with location labels. Additional controls such as All Member Appointments, From Office, and From Last Job help dispatchers manage routing context more clearly. An unscheduled jobs side panel is also available, making it easier to identify open jobs and take action from the same dispatch screen.
This feature improves job assignment, field visibility, route planning, and daily dispatch management by bringing key map, member, schedule, and job information into one organized view.
